Traffic Wine Flambe
This is another recipe from me ' Traffic wine Flambe' actually this is only me experimenting on flambe-ing a wine :D so this is how it turns out
Ingredients:
- Wine or drinks that contains alcohol (preferable high percentage)
- Matchstick or torch
- Fruits/jellies (arrange it light a traffic light)
- Ice cubes
Guide:
1.)First dice your fruit or jellies and arrange it in the glass light a traffic light (green,yellow,red)
2.) pour in your wine and light in with the torch (mine has so little alcohol percentage it won't lit so I won't post the way to lit it)
3.)Add some Ice and here is your Traffic wine Flambe

Es Buah
Here's my recipe on how to make an Indonesian drink called Es Buah
Ingredients:
-Orange Juice
-Fruit Cocktail
-Ice
-Fruits
Guide:
1.) Cut your fruit into cubes
2.) pour your orange juice into a pitcher and add your fruit and fruit cocktail and add your Ice into a bowl
3.) pour the juice into the bowl
4.) and you just make an Es Buah

Sangria Soda
Here's my recipe for Drinks it's supposed to use wine but I don't have cellar down here haha. so here's the recipe
Ingredients:
-Soda
-Exotic Fruit (preferable the one that goes well with your soda)
Guide:
1.) Cut your Fruit in anyway you like for me I like it cubed
2.) Put your fruit into a glass and add the soda water ( I use 7-up)
3.) and your Sangria is Finished with just little trick to it you can make an improvement to such simple recipe !

Kim Bap
And here is my Kim Bap Recipe and step by step guide I learned from my mom
Ingredients:
-Nori Seaweed (try to choose the one for making sushi)
-Rice (use a little less water to make a kim bap rice)
- Sesame seed oil
- 2 egg
- Greenery
- Carrot
- Meat
- You also can use Kim Chi if you have one
- Salt (lot's of them)
-Cooking oil
Guide:
1.) Boil your carrot and greenery with a pot filled with really salted water and cut your carrot slimly and keep it long
2.) After that fry your Meat and your egg(make it into an omelet)
3.)Now the difficult task : for those who don't have bamboo roller you can use a plastic bag cut in to half to make it wider to roll it and press it, so then arrange your rice that has already salted and seasoned with sesame oil, then arrange your egg, meat, greenery, and carrot.
4.) when you roll press it and don't hestitate when you roll, the first roll have to go through the filling in one go and press with your finger tips firmly, after that roll all over and press it gently but surely, roll in the plastic bag and press it until you can feel the firmness. for the finishing touch use your brush to spread the sesame seed oil on top
5.) and here's your kim bap

- Onion
- Garlic
Guide:
1.) Chop your onion and garlic, then drain you tuna (you can use paper towel, drain, or even your hand!)
2.) Put your tuna into a bowl, add garlic , onion, salt, pepper, flour, sesame seed oil,and egg
