Kim Bap

And here is my Kim Bap Recipe and step by step guide I learned from my mom

Ingredients:
-Nori Seaweed (try to choose the one for making sushi)
-Rice (use a little less water to make a kim bap rice)
- Sesame seed oil
- 2 egg
- Greenery
- Carrot
- Meat
- You also can use Kim Chi if you have one
- Salt (lot's of them)
-Cooking oil









Guide:
1.) Boil your carrot and greenery with a pot filled with really salted water and cut your carrot slimly and keep it long














2.) After that fry your Meat and your egg(make it into an omelet)












3.)Now the difficult task : for those who don't have bamboo roller you can use a plastic bag cut in to half to make it wider to roll it and press it, so then arrange your rice that has already salted and seasoned with sesame oil, then arrange your egg, meat, greenery, and carrot.












4.) when you roll press it and don't hestitate when you roll, the first roll have to go through the filling in one go and press with your finger tips firmly, after that roll all over and press it gently but surely, roll in the plastic bag and press it until you can feel the firmness. for the finishing touch use your brush to spread the sesame seed oil on top












5.) and here's your kim bap
